Warner Creek trail and Devils Path both in very good shape. The spring on Warner Creek had good flow. The water source on the DP east of Plateau was running at the upper point where the DP crosses the flow. This would need to be pumped, no pools were forming. The flows at the lower levels were dry. Parking at Notch Inn and Rt 214 is limited. There is construction materials and equipment staged along the side of the road. One to two spots available by Rt 214 and two spots available on the left a few hundreds yards uphill from the bridge.
